Our staff includes Licensed Roofing Contractors, FAA-certified drone pilots, Insurance Restoration specialists, IIBEC Registered Roof Observers, and Consultants. We are a local roof consulting firm with a national reach and are available for travel to perform services as needed across the country.
As an independent technical service and consulting firm, we specialize in the evaluation, design, inspection, and management of roofing, flashing, waterproofing, and exterior walls. Founded in 2016 the firm strives to work with varying design, budgeting, and scheduling requirements. Scales Development approaches individual projects that are assigned by the client using a team concept with active principal involvement. The team philosophy maximizes resources by reducing downtime and enabling project managers to take advantage of each team members’ specific skills.
